With over a decade of experience working in the fitness industry I have helped thousands of people with different goals & bodies. My experieince paired with my tumultuous personal journey through fitness (including obsessive exercise & disordered eating behaviours while playing highly competitive sport) cemented Jolt's commitment to integrity and the principle that true strength is about mental and physical resiliency, not just aesthetics. This experience is the foundation of our welcoming, effective & quality based approach.
