At Jolt, we transform athletes ages 13–17 into resilient, lightning-fast powerhouses. Our 12-week program is a professional-grade introduction to sport-specific resistance training. We move beyond "ego-driven" lifting to focus on what actually matters: injury prevention, fundamental strength, and explosive power. Whether they are hitting the ice, the court, or the field, we give your athlete the physical and mental edge to dominate their next season.
We don't just "make athletes sweat”, we go beyond burpees and agility ladders. We build resilient athletes from the ground up through three strategic phases:

Fundamental Movement Mastery:
By athletic training movements, not just muscles, we fix the imbalances caused by playing a single sport year-round.
We build "bulletproof" joints and core stability, significantly reducing the risk of ACL tears and common strains.
