Are you ready to build the strength, mobility, and resiliency you need to truly enjoy your life outside the gym? Our Fit for Life session is specifically designed for the age 55+ community (but all are welcome!) to help you stay independent and engaged with your favourite hobbies—whether it's gardening, hitting the golf course, or keeping up with the grandkids!

Class Schedule: Monday-Friday at 9:15 AM (Tuesday begins on August 4th)

1. Who is this class for?

The class is primarily geared toward the age 55+ community to help maintain independence and build lasting strength. However, it is a beginner-friendly, low-impact session, so all ages are welcome to attend.

2. Do I need a membership to attend Fit for Life?

No, you do not need a membership. This is a pay-as-you-go, $15 drop-in class that is open to the public. You can pay online by selecting “Fit for Life Drop In” or you can select “Fit for Life Drop In - Pay @ Facility” to reserve your spot and pay cash on arrival.

3. How do I register and pay for the class?

You must register online in advance. Click the button above, purchase your pass, then go to the schedule and use your pass to book your desired Fit for Life session. Please do this full process for every class you wish to attend. At your first session, we can set you up on our easy to use app.

How to Book

Each session requires a 'Fit for Life Drop-In Pass.' Here's the process:

Go to our schedule → Select the Fit for Life class you'd like → Choose the 'Fit for Life Drop-In Pass' → Create your account → Return to book your class

Returning visistors":

Download the Push Press app for the easiest experience. Sign in with your email, click 'forgot password' to login for the first time, then navigate to your dashboard. Each time you book: Memberships → Add New Membership → Select 'Fit for Life Drop In' → Return to schedule and book. (Or purchase a 10-pack for even more flexibility.)

Pro Tips

Book up to 2 weeks in advance. This class fills fast—book early.

Waitlist available. If your preferred time is full, join the waitlist. You'll be notified by email the moment a spot opens. [Waitlist only availble in app, no access through website browser].

Cancellations: Please provide 8 hours notice before class start time to keep your pass.

4. When does the Fit for Life class run?

Currently, the class runs 44times a week at 9:15 AM on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The Tuesday 9:15am session will be added on August 4th.

6. What kind of workout is it?

It's a full-body, low-impact session that includes mobility, power, strength, and cardio. The goal is to develop healthy joints, bone density, and functional movements to help with everyday life.
