Jolt is offering a specialized Athlete Development Camp designed to transform U15 and U18 athletes into resilient, lightning-fast, and powerful athletes, ready to excel in their sports. This 12-week program, running from May 25th to August 24th, provides a crucial introduction to progressive resistance training, equipping young athletes with the tools to confidently and effectively enhance their performance. Training sessions will be held on Monday & Thursdays, with athletes having the option to train 1 or 2 times per week.
Program Details:
Athlete Groups: U15 & U18 (all sports)
Dates: May 25th - August 24th, no session August 3rd
Training Schedule: U15: Mon & Thurs 4pm | U17: Mon 730pm & Thurs 5pm (option to train 1 or 2x per week)
Location: Jolt Fitness, 4-182 Elgin Street, Centralia, ON (right on Highway 4 between Lucan and Exeter)
Group Size: Small group training, maximum 12 athletes per group
Coaching: Certified strength and conditioning trainers with experience working with youth athletes
Equipment: Free weights, resistance bands, plyometric boxes, and speed and agility training tools
This program will provide young athletes with the tools and support necessary to optimize their training and reach their full potential in all sports.
