Strength Training for Runners | 6-Week Program | Jolt Fitness.
Built by runners, for runners.
Runners know how to push hard and be consistent. You’ve found a form of fitness you love and we want to keep you thriving in it.
Here's what most runners get wrong: they skip strength training. And that's the gap — between good running and great running, between healthy running and injury-prone running, between running now and running for life.
This 6-week program is built specifically to close that gap. Strength Training for Runners combines power and agility work, functional strength training, and targeted prehab for the injuries that actually sideline distance runners. Every movement is designed with one goal: keep you running stronger, healthier, and more resilient.
Led by Coach Lee — someone who's trained elite endurance athletes and is an active runner herself — this program meets you exactly where you are. All fitness levels welcome. All movements modifiable.
