LEARN TO KICKBOX

The Learn to Kickbox program at Jolt Fitness is a 60-minute session designed to teach the striking basics - jab, cross, hook and stance positioning (kicks to come later!). Combining the art of boxing with fitness, the Kickbox program provides a dynamic workout for both the mind and body. Rooted in integrity and a deep respect for the sport of boxing, participants can expect a high-intensity mental and physical workout that emphasizes both skill development and enjoyment. To continue participating in this program on our regular schedule, members are required to purchase wraps from Jolt Fitness and are also encouraged to invest in their own gloves.

Learn to Kickbox will be running for the month of March and the 45 minute kickboxing sessions will be added to the schedule in April and May. Learn to Kickbox is highly recommended before jumping into the class sessions next month. Each Learn to Kickbox session will be the same lesson, you are able to take the session as many times as you'd like.
