Post Natal Rehab Program

Every Tues/Thrs @ 10:15AM for four weeks starting:
January 30th 2024 & April 9th

This 4-week program asks moms and those who have given birth to give 50 minutes twice a week to their health and fitness. The program helps heal Diastasis Recti through core stability drills, reverses postural deficits after pregnancy, strengthen the glutes, optimize pelvic floor funcation and eases chronic pain from repetitive tasks like sitting with, feeding, and carrying the baby. This program is led by certified Pre and Post Natal Fitness and Rehab trainers and Movement Optimization Specialists.

This program is followed up by an optional 6 week Mom + Baby Fitness class to help with the transition back into regular classes. That's 10 weeks of Jolt's Active Health Care and community!

This is a 4 week program (1 session per week) for girl’s ages 15-17. Each 75 minute session includes a 15 minute new skill introduction (brace, squat, deadlift, row, press) and 30 minute workout. Plus a new self confidence building challenge each week, where we will dive into deep work in our Her Strength Project workbooks. After this 4 week program our girl’s will feel more empowered in their health decisions, confident in their uniqueness, resilient to societal pressures, and are equipped with skills to navigate the world of health and fitness with strength.

Investment: $129 + tax includes unlimited access to all classes for 4 weeks and 4 x Her Strength Project sessions.

It is time to light up Exeter’s Main street! Come dressed in festive lights, bring your friends and your holiday cheer!

Meet at Exeter Town Hall for a 6:00pm start. We will begin our 2km walk or 3km run down Main Street to McDonalds and back. Our coaches will lead you through and we will end back at Town Hall for a tasty treat from @madewithlocal 😃
