    Pregnancy and birth are an athletic event. The process is more physically taxing than the Stanley Cup & Super Bowl combined. Although beautiful, the body has gone through traumatic injury and significant change. The body and mind needs support through active health care with educated professionals, we can offer you more than a 7 minute check-up.

    After birth, mom and her recovery are often forgotten about. There’s little to no focus on mom’s health after birth. So much care goes into women’s health during pregnancy, but what about after birth?

    We take the time to rehab any Diastasis Recti, restructure posture from 40 weeks of carrying, and rebuild the glutes to manage feelings of tightness and discomfort.

  • JOLT GIRL'S CLUB

    This is a 4 week program (1 session per week) for girl’s ages 15-17. Each 60 minute session includes a 10 minute new skill introduction (brace, squat, deadlift, row, press), 40 minute workout and 10 minute warm-up and cool down. Plus a new self confidence building challenge each week. The goal is that after this 4 week program our girl’s feel confident in their health decisions, comfortable to join in our co-ed programs, and are equipped with skills to attend all classes.

  • LEARN TO LIFT

    The ultimate beginner 4 week program to help you learn the fundamentals. We work from the feet up and master variations of Squats, Lunges, Deadlifts, Presses, Pulls, and Core related movements. By the end of this program you will understand all the fundamental movements and how to optimize your body. We will even teach you the when and why in choosing exercises and building your own customized programming. This program is highly recommended for those new to the gym. 

  • TEAM TRAINING

    A team’s performance on ice, field, or court is only as great as their cohesiveness and work effort off the playing field. Young athlete’s need to be taught proper lifting technique, injury prevention and management, and training for sport. At Jolt, we challenge youth athletes to create durable and high performance competitors. Young athletes need mentors and leaders in fitness to help push their game to the next level and give them an outlet for performance and work ethic. Most importantly, athletes need to be introduced to fitness in a safe and FUN environment, so that they can continue their fitness well beyond their sports.
